What causes frequent leg pain?

 What causes frequent leg pain?

Sometimes the feet hurt after doing some work, but if there is frequent pain in the feet and our age is less than 50 years and the amount of fat is also less, then we should pay attention to some responsible reason.  Like...

1. Due to calcium...

Calcium is associated with our bones.  In other words, your bones are made of calcium and these bones are strong because of calcium.
Even if the amount of calcium in our body is low, we often get pain in our legs, so we need to go to a nearby laboratory and get our calcium report.  The normal range is 8.5 - 10.2 mg/dl

2. Due to Vitamin D3….

Even if vitamin D3 is deficient, it helps our bones, just like calcium, and we get this vitamin in good amounts from nature through the sun.  If we have leg pain we should get vitamin D3 checked which is between 20 and 40 ng/mL.

 3. Because of Rheumatoid factor...

Arthritis often causes swelling in the joints of the feet and uric acid plays an important role in the cause of arthritis.  So if it looks like swelling in the joint part, then the report should be made, which is normal amount.  ranges from 0 - 20 Iu/ml

Thus, if there is pain in our joints, the above reasons should be checked and proper treatment should be taken after consulting a doctor.
