Treatment given by a doctor to relieve physical weakness in elderly persons

  • As a person ages, his body gets weaker.
  • After the age of 55 years D-generation starts. But in some people there are many other diseases such as nutritional deficiency, causes of increased excretion, due to any disease, a person feels more weak, physical weakness.
  • Such a person goes to a doctor and is cured by the doctor.
  • But there are some people who do not have any kind of illness but still feel tired, weak, not hungry, lethargic and they go to the doctor and the doctor fixes it by giving 3-4 types of medicine.

*Oral Treatment

  • Multivitamin Tablet : This medication is a  multivitamin product used to treat or prevent vitamin deficiency due to poor diet, certain illnesses, or during pregnancy. Vitamins are important building blocks of the body and help keep you in good health.

  • Iron Tablet  : This medication is an iron

    supplement used to treat or prevent low blood levels of iron (such as those caused by anemia or pregnancy). Iron is an important mineral that the body needs to produce red blood cells and keep you in good health.

  • Calcium vit D3 Tablet : This combination

    medication is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets. It may be used to treat conditions caused by low calcium levels such as bone loss (osteoporosis), weak bones (osteomalacia/rickets), decreased activity of the parathyroid gland (hypoparathyroidism), and a certain muscle disease (latent tetany). It may also be used in certain patients to make sure they are getting enough calcium (including women who are pregnant, nursing, or postmenopausal, people taking certain medications such as phenytoin, phenobarbital, or prednisone).Calcium plays a very important role in the body. It is necessary for normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscle, and bone. If there is not enough calcium in the blood, then the body will take calcium from bones, thereby weakening bones. Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Having the right amounts of vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus is important for building and keeping strong bones.

  • Methylcobalamin Tablet  : The activated form of Vit B12

    is methylcobalamin. It functions by making a substance called myelin, which covers nerve fibers and protects them. The myelin sheath does not develop properly or remain healthy without adequate methylcobalamin. It is a derivative of vitamin B12, is used to treat peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, and to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis as a preliminary therapy.

  • Vitamin D3 Powder : Vitamin D (ergocalciferol-D2, cholecalciferol-D3, alfacalcidol)

    is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Having the right amount of vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus is important for building and keeping strong bones. Vitamin D is used to treat and prevent bone disorders (such as rickets, osteomalacia). Vitamin D is made by the body when skin is exposed to sunlight. Sunscreen, protective clothing, limited exposure to sunlight, dark skin, and age may prevent getting enough vitamin D from the sun.Vitamin D with calcium is used to treat or prevent bone loss (osteoporosis). Vitamin D is also used with other medications to treat low levels of calcium or phosphate caused by certain disorders (such as hypoparathyroidism, pseudohypoparathyroidism, familial hypophosphatemia). It may be used in kidney disease to keep calcium levels normal and allow normal bone growth. Vitamin D drops (or other supplements) are given to breast-fed infants because breast milk usually has low levels of vitamin D.

* Injections:
  1. Ringer Lactate (RL) infusion + Polybion/MVI/Eldervit Inj.

  2. Methylcobalamin Injection.
